Here we have the B man at the farm toy outlet in Dyersville, IA. We enjoyed a (too short) weekend in Dyersville, IA (the Farm Toy Museum, RC2 Farm Toy Outlet, The Field of Dreams, Antique Mall) and Galena, IL (LOVE downtown Galena and of course our hotel with waterpark conveniently inside) for B's 2nd birthday. My mom met us there on Saturday morning and we had a great time as a family. Benjamin reeeeaaaaalllly enjoy the toy store (you'll see in a min) and just everything in general. Both boys were so excited all weekend talking a million miles a minute at all times except for when they were sleeping - ha! Both boys rode the huge waterslide with Ryan and I and grew some fins in the pool. (Mommy was so proud :)
Just now B woke up crying in his crib and wanted to go sleep in C's bed...so he's in there right now passed out. In a big boy bed. And he hasn't fallen out yet. And doesn't look like he's going to either.... (Help my baby is growing up!!) C always sleeps naps in our bed so he can actually get some rest ;) I am not even sure we'll need to put up the rails on B's bed. He is SO eager to be just like Caleb it's so funny sometimes. In fact, you'll see from pics later...he's even riding a bike at just two years old (this past friday)...quite the cooridination for a little guy I must say.
Hope you are all having a great week so far, if you have the chance, love farm stuff and driving through beautiful rolling corn/bean country you outta try out Dyersville and Galena sometime, they're pretty close to eachother and provide a great, relaxing time close to home! :)
See you soon! (Actually I may put up some more pics in a min here as I have stuff loading on my main and this movie is taking forever too!)
Also: Incase you are wondering - B is barefoot b/c we left one of his shoes inthe parking lot and actually bought him another pair of sandals in the only shoestore in the town (the town was so small there wasn't a WalMart). With all the tractors and Thomas the Train toys there he didn't seem to mind one bit ;)
