Today was one of the best days ever!! We have really been concentrating on having lots of fun on Sundays which is our family day, day of rest, day of worship at church, etc. Last week we visited A. LuAnn's after church in Bloomington, went to a dairy farm, went to a sprinkler park, went out for icecream and then came home.
Today we went to church, I had a birthday party for myself in the backyard with the boys (yes, that's desperate and pathetic, but hey! if I didn't spruce up life for myself sometimes it simply wouldn't happen ;), ate 9,734 freeze pops (okay not that many really, I only ate 5), went on a bike ride with just C, everyone but me took a nap (I blogged about my birthday party on my SDG blog - you can hop over there later) and then we went to Galesburg to the Packing House for my (mostly) free birthday steak supper...and R had a 1/2 off prime rib dinner for Father's Day. After that we checked out the trains etc. and even saw three live trains pass us by on the track. It was a beautiful beautiful evening. The air "smelled green" to me after the storms we had this afternoon too which was a complete bonus!! Benjamin signed and said "CHOO CHOO" all evening which was really sweet - and the boys got along great. I didn't really feel like going anywhere this evening and R really wanted to go...then I changed my mind and then he didn't feel like going...but then we realized we hadn't taken anything out of the freezer for supper and he wanted to go if we could go to Galesburg so we went and I am so glad we did!!
All in all it was a beautiful and very relaxing day....we are so blessed and are praising God!!!
I will update pics this week on this post. I have a bunch from all of our fun times but I am just too tired to upload.
We hope everyone had a wonderful Father's Day too!! See you soon!!! Love, ~RRCB :)

4 years old. Time to give him the keys to the 4630. He'll be driving it to school just like dad. - Wyatt
And if you're nice, he'll let you drive too :)
